Large spacious big rooms and living room games room.

Some of the kitchen utensils were not clean enough.

Location was ideal.

Unfortunately properly was not clean. Kitchen in particular, dishwasher had dishes and cutlery in there that was covered in mold. Cutlery draw was sticky and wouldn't open fully, however when we did open it alittle cutlery did not look clean and there was a used wine cork covered in mold. Coffee cups were still stained, as if ther were not cleaned, Sponges looked very used and unclean. We had to go out and buy our own Cutlery and dishes as we did not feel comfortable using those in the property. Thankfully, the bathrooms and beds were clean enough to use.

Very spacious and clean in a brilliant location for family activities!

We were very thankful for help in fixing the issue with the showers- either freezing cold or boiling hot. There was a good amount of seating and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the pool table and the location of the house.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and upkeep of the house. For instance, dirty underwear was found behind the seats in the living room. The oven had mess left in it with cooked food and dirty trays. The freezer has a drawer in it which contained old food that we couldn’t get into due to the amount of ice. We struggled to open and close the windows and blinds as they were so stiff or difficult to use. We had to rewash a lot of the kitchen pots, dishes and cutlery before we could use them as they weren’t clean. We found a bowl with mould on it. There were stains on a lot of the bedding. We had trouble opening and closing the front door as it was so stiff. We have stayed in many private rentals for holidays and never encountered this level of dirtiness. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. We have messaged the person who manages the property but none of the issues have been addressed.
