the location is fantastic! the hotel is a little dated, but our room was nice and comfy! Would definitely stay there again

Location and the balcony with beautiful views . It’s always amazing to watch the sunrise… so beautiful

Water pressure in shower could have been better but overall it was a nice unit

The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the apartment was when we arrived. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all the cooking equipment - some times places claim they have everything but they don’t, this apartment had everything you’d need. Coastal Properties was also very responsive and accommodating with our dog (she was a little over the 40lb limit) and we very much appreciated that. The Patricia Grand is very dog friendly which was nice too. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in town.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of light over the dining table, overall It was fine but made eating a bit dark. During the summer this is likely a non-issue because the sun is out longer. Also, the water pressure is a bit weak in the building.

We would highly recommend this location!!! It was our first time in Myrtle Beach with our dog.The suite was spacious and clean.The balcony view was amazing❤️❤️Seeing the ocean, listening to the waves, and walking along the shoreline were definitely the highlights.We will absolutely return...sooner hopefully rather then later.We cannot properly express our appreciation of our stay!!!! Thanks 👍

There was a small park next door, perfect for walking my dog. Everything was clean. The room included a few snacks and coffee pods which was a nice surprise. The view was anazing.
