Location.

Late check in. Check ins used to be earlier. Check out used to later. Water pressure could have higher. Sink in bathroom pressure was low.

The room was very clean and the view was just what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend staying here to someone else

We had a pickup and the parking was terrible. We had to actually park somewhere else the one night because small cars were parked where the pickups had to park instead of in the parking garage. The was the only complaint we had about our stay.

I really liked the location of the hotel, and the fact that the room had a stove/fridge/dishes.

I didn’t like the cleanliness. The room was decent, however upon arrival the floors were very sticky, which sucked because the cleaning fee was so high. The cleanliness of the pools/hot tubs could also use some work, I’m sure it can be hard to maintain, but there was a lot of things floating in the hot tubs. The breakfast buffet was not good either, certain breakfast items were inedible.

Breakfast and hospitality was good. However, the front desk was not very receptive to questions. The other guest were more friendly than the staff on duty.

One of the bed pillows had mold on it. The bathroom sink drained extremely slow as well as black mold/ dirt Under the inside lips between the sink and counter. There was a spill in the bathroom that splashed on the back of the bathroom door that was never wiped down. The front door entrance to the room would not close unless you slammed it because the screws were loose where the door shuts and latches. My suggestion, after cleaning the bathroom, one should sit on the toilet, close the bathroom door and take a look around as a guest would do. I expect the room to be as clean as my home because that is the expectation. “Home away from home”. In addition, the water pressure was extremely low. Taking a shower was like taking a bird bath. For the price I paid for the room, was definitely not worth it. Very overpriced. Also, the cleanliness of the halls outside of the doors was littered with trash and spills in front of the elevator was never cleaned within the three days we were there.

The pools and hot tubs were nice . Good location could walk straight onto the beach .

The front staff at the desk wasn’t very friendly or helpful .
