Night at the Museum Apartment

Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben den Komfort von zwei Badezimmern genossen.

Die Matratze war für mich eher zu hart.

Die zentrale Lage und der Autoparkplatz. Man könnte Como zu erkundigen. Wohnung ist top ausgestattet.

Location Facilities Cleanness

Uns hat eigentlich fast alles gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Ebenfalls ist die Wohnung wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet eigentlich alles, was es für einen Familienurlaub braucht.

Der inklusiv Parkplatz: Es ist eine Tiefgarage in einem anderen Gebäude. Die Zufahrt per se war schon nicht ganz einfach. In der Tiefgarage hatte es nicht einfach Parkfelder, sondern die Parkplätze hatten links und rechts eine Mauer und vorne ein Garagentor - also so eine Art Garagenbox. Dadurch ging sehr viel Platz verloren. Mit einem breiteren Auto (z.B. mein VW ID4) hat man keine Chance. Also musste ich draussen parkieren für ca. EUR 11.- pro Tag (blaue Zone, vorausgesetzt man fand einen freien Platz).

Sehr grosse Wohnung und gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Das extra gebuchte Babybett war leider dreckig (braune Flecken) und kaputt. Die Betten könnten bequemer sein. Lift ist sehr eng. Für Familien mit Kinderwagen nicht so geeignet.

The location was excellent - just outside the city walls and an easy short 15 min walk to the lake. The apartment provided everything we required for our stay and was pretty quiet with little traffic noise. The beds were comfortable too and the rooms spacious. It was easy to enter and leave the apartment and everything felt secure. It was also very easy to contact RentAllComo with any questions and was comforting to know they were responsive quickly should they be needed.

A few small things that would have been useful/nice: It would have been nice to have say a welcoming bottle of wine - however we were left with a bag of pasta and some water which we appreciated. Perhaps some cushions for the sofa and armchair would be a nice touch for a little extra comfort. We stayed for 4 nights and found it difficult to dry the towels out completely after use each day. A blind or curtain in the lounge would have been nice for privacy especially in the evenings.

Il letto della camera era durissimo, ho dovuto mettere delle coperte sotto la schiena, ed ho avuto problemi per tutta la durata del soggiorno, inoltre il climatizzatore della sala fa un rumore continuo, fastidiosissimo, per via della condensa, e per finire gli infissi non sono insonorizzati, quindi ho dovuto tenerli sempre chiusi per limitare i rumori della strada e nonostante questo, spesso sono stata risvegliata durante la notte dagli schiamazzi di turno. Nelle dotazioni della cucina mancano i coperchi per le padelle. Infine abbiamo dovuto fare i conti con delle persone del piano di sopra che nonostante le avessimo contattate per rispettare il riposo pomeridiano dalle 14:00 alle 16:00 del condominio, incuranti della nostra lamentela, hanno fatto le pulizie provocando rumori assordanti.
