My point is the fact that there are people sleeping on sofas as there was no crib provided . The WiFi here also does not work so we’re having to use someone else’s hotspot. The first night of the stay after traveling all day from another country to come back to a house with no heating or hot water is unpleasant. In bedroom there was clumps on hair and some sort of dry flakes in the bedsheets. Luckily we aren’t in as often but lack of a tv is also very misleading and disappointing as there is nothing to do in the evening time. The bathroom is also dirty. no hairdryer or toaster nor is there a tumble dryer. Walls, floors , shower, all other surfaces are sticky and dirty, a lot of bugs in every corner!

very basically equipped, with no extra supplies; we were 5 people and only 3 coffee mugs were available, only 3 towels, etc. Iron was only delivered at the second to last day, despite us asking several days before.

There were no hot water for 2-3 days. The electric bulb in one room was faulty . The outside garden is not maintained at all . The hot water tank has not been serviced since 2018.

A casa era muito querida e bem localizada. Os quartos são suficientes e as comodidades (sofás, televisão e internet) também. O chaveiro estar no exterior permitiu a nossa chegada tardia após o voo, o que foi excelente. Foi bom perceber que tomaram em consideração reviews anteriores ( já havia televisão, internet e torradeira por ex)

Quando chegámos apercebemos a falta de uma toalha de banho para um dos hóspedes ( éramos 4 e apenas 3 toalhas de banho), foi reportado na 1.a manhã e rapidamente obtivemos uma resposta que trariam. Para nossa surpresa ao fim do dia, não só não trouxeram, como nunca mais responderam a mensagens. No último dia ficámos inclusive sem água quente!! A limpeza estava infelizmente muito fraca, camas com migalhas e pelos, caixote de lixo do wc não tinha sido despejado, uma toalha de pés colocada para secar as mãos na wc de serviço, pratos guardados sujos. A banheira é necessário algum cuidado pois é alta e escorregadia qb. Os frascos dos produtos de banho e esponja de banho (?!) abertos e usados são muito pouco higiénicos

The location was good, in a quiet close within walking distance of the city centre. The off street parking was useful as it was a residents parking only area. Comfortable beds. The rooms were a fair size and well proportioned.

The boiler was faulty and stopped working on day two of the trip, so we had no hot water from Friday night to Sunday morning. The promised visit from the maintenance man did not materialise on Saturday and we were not updated by the host. The lack of communication was poor. We had a child in our group, and were taking part in a sporting fixture, so the cold showers were a particularly painful experience. There was no wi-fi available, so no streaming services and no TV. The host directed us to use the provided mobile WiFi connection but there was no credit, and it was suggested that we add credit for which we would be reimbursed. Overall our stay was disappointing and frustrating. It could have been a lot better.

Good location, comfortable and clean. Two parking spaces was a huge bonus. Well presented and host communication excellent. This is a residential area so expect families to be using their gardens especially in Summer.

Only slight negative was the heat so take fans in the summer as the house was hot but at 30+ deg to be expected.
