We got a refund for two nights.

We had no running water - hot or cold - for two nights. Only method of contact via WhatsApp and communication very difficult. After two nights we moved out to different accommodation and then had to request a refund which was finally agreed for two or our three nights after some debate. Properties like this, which are remotely managed, are probably ok if everything works but not so great if you have any issues.

Manager and agent on the texts were excellent.

The keys were missing. The previous guest still had them, and then used them to try and gain access to the room at 23:45hrs. He then with his colleague slammed their own room door every hour until 2am. My partner was very scared about our security.

Easy to check-in and it had good water pressure from the shower.

Walls felt like they were paper thin. Could hear the occupants from other rooms. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. We also arrived to find the bed looking half made and with dirty glasses on the side as well.

Quiet and out the way

Smart relaxing decor with some limited cooking facilities. Spacious room, comfortable bed.

The hassle of obtaing the code for access when not on wifi, It was difficult to understand. Once you have paid and signed in, just text the code! Lifts had 'Staff Use Only' on them and were hard to find. Great place for the younger 'in crowd' but hard for old fogies to work out.

Room was clean and spacious and really handy with small kitchen area

No lights in the bathroom, it was repaired next day. The shower tap was not working properly as it was just hot water running not possible to adjust temperature.
