Location and the room was nice decorated

Showers were not very power and noisy , due to pumps working the pressure anytime anyone had a shower in adjoining rooms was a constant banging , so anyone taking a shower at 6am or late in evening could hear the banging

Its location to where we needed to be was excellent. Nothing more was good.

The shower didn't work. The room was too hot with heating on full on arrival. Too much noise from other rooms - not the people but things like extractor fans in the other showers. The lack of anyone on site to rectify issues. Their preferred method of contact was by WhatsApp and took at least 20 minute to get a response.if at all

Comfy bed. Liked the big fridge and crockery provision. Shower nice and hot.

Over complicated access. Information required to gain access was hidden in the middle of a long blurb. Very frustrating. Waterfall shower didn't seem to work properly. Bathroom flooded after shower use. Bedside table collapsed.

Clean and modern with laundry facilities and WiFi.. A small private set-up.

The TV sound was very poor ( sound was distorted) .The walls of the apartment were thin, so when someone walked past or children ran up and down the passage, it was terribly loud.

Good value for money in a convenient location.

Some limitations in the facilities but nothing major.

Ideal location as close to main amenities. Off road parking and plenty of facilities on site. WhatsApp as a comms tool is handy to have.

Some of the rooms are really suffering with damp and cracks in the walls. I had to keep moving items around the room to get access to the plugs, such as coffee machine and iron

Poor service and lack of courtesy.

Comfortable bed

Room smelled dusty, an empty water bottle was under the bed proving the carpet was not hoovered, noone on site to help except the hairdresser and maid, doors closing were noisy; self catering didn't have what we needed to cook a meal.

The room was comfy and clean,shower room was very spacious.

Not alot of room around 1 side of the bed,room gets very warm,even with both windows open.
