"Exceptional"

our company regularly books staff into accommodation in the area - every time I make a new booking, everyone asks if Eton house is free as it's their favourite! Spacious rooms and comfy beds, spotless and well equipped. Lots of other really good rooms in the area but Eton House is exceptional.

Easy to check in to. Great room with all the facilities I needed. Perfect for working away with kitchenette area including microwave/oven, sink and fridge.

"not worth the money..."

cant say i like anything as been at the property stressed me out.

the place was dusty and cobwebs no cooker for the price that i paid. Had to wait nearly a whole day for someone to come out to fix the water. Called at 10.00 and said someone will come by no turned up until around 3pm. i missed a whole day of meeting..

"Rooms in need of some attention"

Nice location and the building itself is lovely.

I had problems with my shower, was moved to another room which also had a non-functioning shower. No ventilation or window in the bathroom meaning there was constant condensation in both the bathroom and bedroom. The was also a strong smell of mould.

Shower didn’t work! Fortunately I only stayed for 1 of the 4 nights booked or it would have been a much bigger problem

"Could be such a better experience."

Reasonable price for the room compared to other properties in Yeovil. Also, 'Lisa' was very friendly and professional in helping me get access to the building, following a mess-up by Gateway Accommodation.

Needs more plug sockets. Mould and cracks in the bathroom. The bed frame needs changing as it kept viciously attacking my shins EVERYTIME I had to side shuffle past it. It's a brute. The door code and locker code is hidden in a novel-sized email. Finally, no steam iron??? What the flop?

Easy code access on main door, and lock box to pick up the keys. Easy to find the rooms. nice rooms and good parking spaces for the stay.
