The kitchenette was very nice.

Collecting the keys from the key safe was extremely stressful. I arrived at 21:45 (due to train delays) and still did not have the code for the key safe or the room number. I was very stressed by this as I could not contact the owners and had to phone booking.com who then tried to help. I am autistic and ended up phoning my mum for help in the end as I couldn’t contact the owners. I got in eventually but sticking to hotels in the future. The place was noisy in the evening and night time.

Room 13. Not much room to walk around the bed. Kept banging shin on wooden bed frame.

Check in was very easy and we were given clear instructions beforehand. The room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard. The bed was comfy and the area was relatively quiet.

Car park could do with a bit of lighting as it was very dark on arrival.

The location was pretty much central and the hosts were responsive and supportive.

Not enough space for bedroom and a kitchenette, felt it cramped as my stay was 45 days long and I felt claustrophobic. I was expecting cleaning at least 10 days once but they came only one day during my whole stay. Way too expensive for the money they charge. Basic bathroom amenities need to be filled up frequently or at least they should have a courtesy to enquire during the stay. No sink for kitchenette and I have wash all my plates in the only available bathroom sink which was horrible. The kettle was leaking the day I went and one of the lamp was not working which I need to ask to change. I feel these basic things needs to be checked before letting the guest inside the property

1)The location was really close to my workplace. 2) The room was really clean 3) The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker, tea maker, hair dryer, plenty of clothes racks, ironing facilities, and a refrigerator 4) There was also access to laundry facilities 5) The radiator wasn't working for the first two days, but the team promptly addressed the issue by providing me with a heater while waiting for the radiator to be fixed

Considering that I stayed for two weeks, I sometimes needed to store food in a freezer. Since there wasn't one available, I had to buy food daily, which was quite difficult after work
