Secrets Riviera Cancún Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All inclusive

The staff was what stood out the most for me on this visit. From Pascal and Antonio at Spoon to Victor taking care of us poolside and all the bartenders making great drinks this was a great trip and we will be back again.

Need more food selection e.g chicken option on buffet selection.

Great staff and property. Loved the location. Some of the dining was a little underwhelming but 10/10 otherwise. Habachi and Italian amazing certainly 10/10.

I ask mre than 2 days ago to i went to celebrate my aniversary They suppost to do something special, they ask me for updrade at the end make mw loose my time waiting for upgrde that bf of expedia vip they shoul change a better one they same me to 4 floor building not elevator and never send me my bottle of wine that expedia vip offer plus a special celebration they didnt put a nothing

I had a free upgrade from Expedia and they did not accept it in my room the latch on the door was missing and the lamp on my room was hanging from the ceiling

We had the best time at Breathless Riviera Cancun. This is our second visit to this resort and we were just as pleased this visit, as our first visit, and definitely already planning to go back. Whether you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere or a party vibe, this resort has it all. You can relax at two of their pools, or go to the party pool, and we loved the option to choose our vibe each day. We decided to upgrade, upon arrival to Secrets Riviera Cancun and in our opinion, it was worth it. The properties are connected, so you have access to both Secrets & Breathless. The service that you receive at both properties is exceptional. I cannot thank the staff enough for going out of their way to make our stay perfection. Our butlers Daniel & Emilio were exceptional and very attentive to our every need. The pool concierges, Enrique & Roger were so very nice and truly seemed to care that you were happy, at all times. We really enjoyed every restaurant and the food was excellent. Even the buffet is great. We also appreciated the great service and were always greeted with smiles at the buffet by everyone, but especially loved Manuel & Olga, as they were so pleasant and friendly every single day. We love Breathless and Secrets and highly recommend both resorts.

The rooms were nice but the Xhale club experience was not as expected. We did not have concierge service to assist with reservations, which resulted in long waits for food. The server in the Italian restaurant Christian was great, but the manager and hostess were rude. The Xhale pool experience was excellent. Robeirto was extremely attentive and provided us with great service during our day at that pool. Xemena at the Xhale club lounge was helpful when she was there, but this is experience overall was nothing like the Breathless Resort in the DR of Jamaica.

Great property will definitely go again
