Amazing everything was great… definitely coming back

Worse customer service! the resort smelled really bad! the resort fire alarm went off every single not, not once but many time after 1am. when we called front desk, they didn’t explain or say sorry and hang up on us. last day When we were waiting for our transit, it was really HOT and we ask the bell man to give a wet towel so we can use. However, they said that’s only for visitors who are coming to the resort not leaving the resort! what’s funny was that we didn’t even get towels or welcome drink when we got their on our first day! so basically they don’t care that you leave happy and be a returning visitors! yes it’s more happening resort for bachelorette party and birthdays! but don’t expect a lot! cause resort is not that great.

My husband and I stayed for my birthday and had the greatest time! From the unlimited foods and drinks to the pool and beach and many more. Would love to visit again!

Amazing place ! It’s pretty far from town but place is perfect.

More for couples but enjoyed my stay!
