Secrets Riviera Cancún Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All inclusive

The property is very nice, it’s very spacious and the rooms are beautiful. I do feel like even though it was adults only it was very limited. The bars did not serve shots, the cabanas were only available for use if you spent $200+ on bottles. So if the beach chairs were taken you had nowhere to place your things. The pools had a lot of “ cabanas” which were always empty during my stay because no one was willing to buy the bottles. Other than the buffet, the x amount of restaurants were always “ booked” and limited. There was a few people I traveled with that had problems with their rooms (no hot water, toilets not flushing, flooding). The road to the hotel is in the poorest conditions. Considering the name of the hotel you would think they would have a paved road. It was a dirt road with more holes than you can count. This would in turn make the drive from the main road to the hotel ~15 minutes. The staff was friendly. The club hosted “ DJ no request”, don’t ask for certain music, because he’s not gonna listen to the crowd.

The food was average and the room service menu was very limited. The resort is a lot smaller than we were expecting. Although our room was in need of repairs, the view itself was amazing (ocean front). Overall we had a good time.

Nice resort, I didn’t like that there was a charge for all the cabanas.

The staff was extremely friendly!! The location was very clean!!

Great stay great place

My boyfriend and I upgraded to xhale club and we didn’t get all of the amenities included in the package. We called about it and we were told one of the amenities are not included. Then we went to the front desk to ask when we’re leaving and then the receptionist said our bag ( one of the amenities) was coming but it was too late because we were leaving for our transportation to the airport. Overall, it was okay-staff is generally nice but never booking here again. I feel like I was scammed

The employees made this trip great. Shout out to Alejandro, Alexander, Charlie boy, Jose, Vicente, Enrique, Ricardo, and Carlos. Our experience was 10/10 because of them. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. We had a great time! The food was delicious, the staff were all lovely (shout out to Vicente by the xhale club pool and Joseph in the Mexican restaurant), the spa amenities were top notch, and the property overall was very clean. I don’t give it the full rating because there were a couple of things that I wasn’t fully satisfied with. The WiFi was terrible everywhere, the drinks weren’t all that, it seems that the air purposely gets turned off during the day in the rooms so when you go back in, the room feels humid to the point that the sheets feel wet. I also think the entertainment by the main pool should be better. But it was overall a nice stay!

Amazing trip !reathless was exactly Breathless…Amazing staff from exhale club, butler,every worker there made us feel welcomed! Needless to say our First time ever n México was incredible…can’t complain! Highly recommend this resort
