Property location in York City. 10 mins walk plus a bus stop just down the road if required. Very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. All mod cons. A number of supermarkets and eateries nearby. Plus off road parking for one vehicle.

What a fabulous apartment with everything you could need included Close to the centre and an Asda nearby for any extras Jill was very accommodating, this was greatly appreciated Would definitely stay again

Excellent central location, within easy walking distance to York city centre. The property had everything that we required, was spotlessly clean and was warm and cosy! As I had both my elderly parents, the ease of access was important and the fact that it was all on ground level was excellent for us. I had overlooked a message from Jill with instructions for our arrival, and I eventually had to succumb to phone her for instructions, but I needn’t have worried as she was so helpful and friendly and quickly rectified my oversight and we were settled into the apartment in no time!!

I had a problem locating the actual apartment, whereas if I had known to turn right after driving under the arch that would’ve saved me walking up and down all the apartments looking for it 🤦‍♀️😃 also the location of the key safe and the PIN number being a different one to the Booking.com one, but that was my oversight on missing a message from Jill!

Good heating, very clean, lots of kitchen utensils, location fantastic, private parking great, and host left clear instructions for entry.

Perfect location, about 10/15 min walk to the centre of York. So just out of the busy centre. But, we could access York very easily, even in evening without worrying about a long walk back. Close access to supermarkets, didn't need to use car our whole visit. Designated parking space was easy to find and felt safe and secure. Apartment had everything you could need and more! Really appreciated the cot available for our baby. Plenty of room in the apartment, everything was lovely and clean. Very easy, keys were secured on property. Accessed through a code recieved a few days before stay. Definitely recommend

Jill is a great host and very helpful. The place was super clean, facilities was good, and the walking distance to the city centre was near. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
