It's a clean, well-appointed flat with all mod cons, and it is good value in York.

Not so keen on the location - one of those 'non-place urban realms' - just lacking in soul really.. but actually quite convenient for getting into the centre. also quite a lot of noise on the Saturday night with party-goers coming home ( ( think) but I don't think this would be an every day or week occurrence. The bedrooms are on the back of the property not on the main road side which is good.

"Amazing Location!"

The location was amazing, 20 mins walk to the Shambles, Asda just round the corner. We parked our car in the private parking when we arrived and didn't use it till we left! Apartment was clean, well equipped and quiet. Couldn't recommend more!
