Breakfast was provided by the host regularly . it was good , our host Mr Steven was such a nice person, co-operative and very Kind. it was really a good experience to stay there .

Steve, the host, is very pleasant and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The location, security and facilities were excellent. The housekeeper is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very spacious, modern and well equipped.

Main doors could not be locked, we get only a small amount of shower gels, and the breakfast has to be prepared by the guesta and host provided only eggs, bread and orange juice. So its not ala carte as it was mentioned. But for the price it was a good deal

Great location, able to walk to the mall and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helped us arrange for transportation and a tour to Nairobi National park. The apartment was a good size and we were able to enjoy a much needed relaxing break. Also, loved that we had an opportunity to do some much needed laundry.

The showers leaked a little, but the host was responsive and was going to fix.

This was our second stay. We enjoyed it so much, we returned again. Excellent value for money. Close to shopping mall, groceries and banks. Quiet. Excellent communications and very helpful staff (helped with luggage storage, taxi booking, etc)

We loved everything about the property. Spacious, very secure, clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value, breakfast items in refrigerator. We will definitely stay again when in Nairobi.

We liked everything.

This was one of the worst stays. We were exhausted by a very long all-day flight, then a huge queue to check in, then we waited just to get to the apartment and rest. Unfortunately, it turned out that our apartment was dirty and someone else was using it and contact with the owner was not entirely successful. He explained ineptly that it was a mistake. After a long wait, we got keys to another apartment. In the morning, we were surprised by a very poor breakfast.
