The apartment is located in the most beautiful, safest, and undoubtedly the best area in Nairobi. It exceeded all expectations, a luxurious property with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the city. Our host, Steve, was the kindest person I met during our stay in Kenya. He welcomed us with a fridge stocked with food and drinks, picked us up from the airport, and waited for hours due to our delay. He helped us with shopping and provided recommendations for Nairobi’s sights. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!❤️❤️❤️

Excelent location, close to everything

Size of the apartment.

The back patio door lock was broken, the curtains were dirty, the furniture was torn, the king bed was broken as in the middle of the bed slanted inward as a fold. The Kenyan house person told me that my accent was too deep and she couldn’t understand me and proceeded to talk with someone of Kenyan descent which was my guess, I couldn’t get any answers or ask any questions because, she said that frankly, “she could not understand me”. Also, the bathroom shower water ran from under the door. We requested to get it fixed, but the young man came, but did not fix the bathroom so water was on the floor. The breakfast was nothing short of a joke, 1/2 dozen eggs, 1/2 loaf of bread, we had to ask for sugar and salt. This by far was the worst stay ever. I paid in cash but never got a receipt, I contacted the owner and still didn’t get one. There was a ball of hair on the shower wall, which I thought was an imperfection in the tile. After taking my shower, I noticed that that imperfection was actually hair. The next day, after the young lady, clean the apartment, that ball of hair was then at the shower floor drain. At times, I was unable to express any concerns or ask any questions to the house person that kept the apartment because she was busy in conversations with the Kenyan national who was my visitor at the apartment. The bed was dirty, the material I think is leather or something that feels like leather, and it was dingy and dirty.

Great apartment, we loved the spacious rooms and the well-equipped living room and kitchen. Communication went well and we have nothing to complain.

We were supposed to stay at a different place that cancelled our reservation just a week before arrival, so I was so glad that I managed to find this one as an alternative. We had an awesome experience here, the apartment was huge, well-equipped and clean. Steve, the host is extremely helpful and flexible, and I really appreciate all the useful general advice he gave regarding travelling in Kenya. The pool we never used, but the view from the balcony and especially from the rooftop is stunning. Although mosquito nets were not available, they bought for us electronic insect repellents, that we appreciated. Also, having the drinking water tank in the kitchen is priceless! :) We definitely recommend this place, especially for families!

The breakfast was moderate (bread/egg/milk/juice), so they bought extra stuff like jam and butter for the second morning. Regarding the airport shuttle service, it was not clear for us it may not be free after a certain number of people, but we managed to sort out this with Steve. Thank you.
