Rude staff, given 1 bed but reserved a room with 2. Wouldn't give me the correct room so we had to go elsewhere and pay for that as well

"Loud people fighting in the parking lot, can hear noisy children thru the walls, room was spartan and low-end."

We would like to thank Mrs. Precious.She has been amazing , always going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I would give her a raise. I would love to hire her for our company ,if she was not so loyal to you guys.We would also like to thank Joe the maintenance man he is always busy taking care of what needs to be done.He would be hired by us if he weren't loyal to you guys.There is one more person we would like to thank Mrs. Shay she is amazing. She will do what ever it takes to get you what you need. Shay is very understanding, An amazing young lady. You guys are lucky to have such a great staff. Will stay again. "Aside from the lady who intitally checked us in on Wednesday afternoon? the staff wasn't helpful"

The room was fairly clean

The facility was in disrepair. The hallways and stairwell were filthy. Numerous people were hanging out in the parking lot all night and some people asleep out there in their cars. I saw persons wearing ankle bracelet monitors and it seemed like a parolee halfway house or drug dealers haven. The Texas 30.06 and 30.07 signs in the lobby lend credance that the place is a "halfway house" for recently paroled felons. The interior smelled like weed and cigarette. The exterior doors were damaged and the outside grounds were in disrepair with litter all over. I will NEVER stay at nor, recommend ANY of these venues to anyone.
