Heritance Aarah - Premium All Inclusive - 40 Minutes away from Male by Seaplane

Staff was so friendly, food was amazing and nice variety of activities. Rooms were clean.

Sea plane departure time was so early, so we spent 8 hours at the international airport.

The whole experience of our stay was excellent. The stay was coordinated by our butler Arka who was always available and making the best of our vacation. We have for the full 100 % enjoyed our stay. In the restaurant Baani we have had a friendly, exceptional, thoughtful service from Hamdoon who really enriched our stay and made us feel very welcome. Also, Nirman (Baani) and AJ (Ambulla) offered us a great and friendly service. The quality of the food was exquisite in the Baani restaurant as well as the Ambulla restaurant, where the team offered a high quality food and service. The spa was very well and the massages were excellent. The Ocean Suite we stayed in did have all the possibilities for an exquisite stay with a great view to the sunset every evening which created a spectacular experience at almost every evening. The pool was great and also the service of the team who did service the villa's was great, and they did good care of us. The house interior offered everything needed for a great stay. The island is beautiful and looks very nice and well taken care of. The gym was clean and had a state-of-the-art equipment and also enough, so there was no waiting time and enough possibilities to do the exercises.

The dive center activities were expensive and the planning what not as you can expect, compared to the quality of the resort. The trip to the manta's (400 dollar) started almost 2 hours too late and after the trip the guide explained that we started too late. Which is strange as the co-ordination was in their hands. The whole planning was messy and for such a high amount you may and can expect much more quality. Of course, nature decides for itself if there will be manta's, but the way this was communicated and handled was disappointing. The promise for a compensation was never met, nor did we have heard anything from the team. This was disappointing as it does influence the high quality standard of the entire resort and our stay. The price of the spa was high, also compared to previous stays we have had in the same high quality resorts who offered the same quality of massage. Despite these matters, the rest of the stay was excellent.

Food was good but the variety of food was not enough. We ate at Ramba most of the time. Staff was very attentive and tried by all means in taking care of us. Arka was outstanding, he was always at service, whenever we needed. Bicycles were available on rent, but the buggy service was fast that we didn't have to walk. Check-in was super smooth, our room was already ready, and the key was handed over to us within minutes. The beaches and water were crystal clear.

Nothing much to mention in this section. Only the beach is full of shells from the sea, which makes it difficult to walk on the beach. Breakfast there was not much option in non-veg. Like no beef or turkey bacon etc. etc.

Lovely picturesque Island with a variety of restaurants and activities to choose from. The ocean villa was amazing, clean with a stunning view of the ocean. The staff were lovely and accommodating from the airport to the island resort through-out our stay. Preetham was a great host and butler. I would recommend Heritance Aaarah to family and friends!

I would have l preferred a more extensive and diverse house reef for snorkelling, which we enjoy as a family, rather than relying on boat excursions.

we had an amazing stay at Heritance. since we arrived, all dinners, hotel areas, diving, everything perfect. the only restaurant I do not recommend so much is the only one was chargeable, it is the Hathaa. the food is ok, but the others restaurants which were mot chargeable, the experience were much better, like a michelin star. also need to mention the person who took care of us all the days, Prashant amazing person, very careful with us, efficient and providing all the requests we had to.

Only few details. Service in the pool area could be improved, we didn't get served, offered drinks as often as we wanted A couple of days the sea brought in some rubbish to the beach which I happily collected. They have a team shipping the beach once a day buy maybe 1 or 2 times more a day is needed?

Absolutely everything. I would have to say that the staff were phenomenal. The employees alone would make me want me to go back never mind the food and the accommodation. Excellent facilities as well. A special thank you to all of the team in the Baani restaurant and especially to Arka our butler who was exceptional. Thanks for an amazing holiday
