"good for longer period of stay & your driver is from a local provider"

Breakfast was delicious , Caretaker Jack gets all credit for cleanliness , very good housekeeping & maintenance of the property .

location is very remote , difficult to reach , not enough signboards . google maps are effective upto the main road

Breakfast, location, caretakers, rooms, etc. All the services provided were great.

Water leaked out of one window and some luggage became wet due to that.

Everything was decent except they must arrange for a professional cook at the property. Caretakers there don't know how to cook. Since the villa was far from the marketplace, food was a big issue for us.

Stay was comfortable.

They should arrange a professional cook at the property. The boys working as caretaker do not know how to cook. Property was far away from marketplace, it was very difficult to get takeaways. They have kept a small menu but there's no point if they can't serve you properly. I was there with my family and child and found somehow difficult to manage with breakfast and dinner.

I was a bit skeptical to book this property due to their recent reviews on booking.com, but after checking their reviews on google I booked based on that and genuinely our stay has been very very comfortable. Clean and hygiene property, very friendly caretakers always ready to help, host is a great human being. Feel sad for the host that some guests put bad reviews on purpose. I wish more power and luck to this property to become the best in Shillong in coming days. God Bless

Nothing it was a disaster the property was in remote area with dampness and a lot of bad smell

The rooms were smelling the property was in a remote location, construction material was on front door, the walls were damp with plaster coming out ,the beds were of low quality , basically we could not stay and had book another hotel , more over there is no way to contact booking.com, the number on their site starts with 000 and when dial it it is not connected9 HUGE HUGE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
