Clean rooms , common kitchen was nice and neat

There is only one bath and toilet.

For the price you pay, you get the value. We needed a place to just pass the night because we unexpectedly had to stay in Luton till the next day. Provided us just what we needed. Nothing too fancy. Worths the price

The bathroom I think. Though the window had the ‘privacy blur’ thingy. I just thought it would provide more privacy if there was blinds or curtains .

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with the room. From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and plenty of pillows, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities — a flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi, a kettle with tea and coffee, and a mini-fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was plenty of storage space for my belongings. What stood out the most was the attention to detail. The lighting was cozy, the bathroom was spotless with good water pressure in the shower, and the toiletries provided were of great quality. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere — even though the hotel seemed busy, the room was very peaceful, which added to the relaxing experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Good value for money. Bed, kitchen, bathroom were clean and comfortable

Felt save in the house at all times nothing bad about this place at all!

Location

Shared bathroom, which wasn't very clean as previous person left it messy. As well some of the costumers left dirty towels on the kitchen. Obviously it's not the owner fault that people are not considering that they are sharing this property. The window to the street hasn't got restriction opening, so was waring to left it open as was ground floor looking towards the street. Mattress on the bed wasn't comfortable for me, as very springing, but some people may like this.

Location

Very neat and clean property. Everything was in order. Communal areas like kitchen and toilets were clean and tidy. Plus they had little items of necessity in there as well.

Free parking is controlled and very limited on same street and is available from 2000 hrs to 0800. Less restrictive free parking is available but bit far away.
