The rooms are clean, looks like in the picture and are newly renovated. The interior feels safe. The location is excellent for public transportation access.

Very poor sound isolation—noise is clearly heard from inside and the street. The interior doors have gaps that let the hallway light in, our bed was placed directly in front of the door, so the light shone straight into eyes every time someone passed. The second room smelled of smoke. Four rooms share a single bathroom with a toilet and shower, which is difficult to access in the morning.

Host was 10/10 sadly I misplaced my room key in my car and had to call late at night for assistance. The charge was £10 for a replacement which I felt was reasonable. I loved the desk and large mirror in the room.

Perhaps it would have been good to have known where the bathroom facilities were initially, as we went upstairs looking and then toured back downstairs before finding it.
