Nice cosy apartment, worth the price and Staff was really helpful.

Having to pass through the kitchen to access the bathroom and toilet.

Clean place. Communication was good with the host or property manager.

Booking.com had problem with delivering our messages initially so we were totally confused. Heating wasn't working so we had to play with boiler but couldn't figure it out. Then we had power failure around 9pm in whole apartment but manager arrived in 15 min as other guests got panicked as well. It was all sorted out within next 30 min.

Lita was wonderful. She helped me with all my questions and concerns and gave me details of a local taxi company to get to Luton airport early in the morning. My room was nice and felt safe for me so I would stay here again.

There was a problem with the key lock on the front door. When I arrived it was windy and raining, becoming dark and as a woman alone I was getting worried. Lita was there to help so I got in, thanks Lita I hope the key lock has been replaced now so other people, especially women don't have this problem

Clean and quiet property.

Terrible host. She lacked empathy. About 7 drunk guys came in and were shouting up until half past 2 midnight. Running up and down the stairs. And then they ate my food that I kept in the freezer. The host didn’t even empathise. She is the worse I have seen

Very lovely place, for the first time I enjoyed a shared bathroom because it’s so clean. I recommend this place and will definitely come back

Boiler was not working thats why we had to face cold water.
