Smoking on the property will incur an additional charge of GBP 150. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the property. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of GBP 100. £30 service/management fee = covers up to £200 in damages from the deposit waiver pool.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Lovely place to stay in Birmingham"

Location was perfect. Parking was easy. Check in details were easy to follow. Host was quick to respond and very helpful, property was spacious, clean and and nice view from balcony. Definitely would stay again!

"Would not recommend as the host Shah was very rude and cancelled my reservation at the last minute."

Booking.com recommend that personal document such as passports & drivers licenses should not be shared with private host, this is in line with the UK Data Act 2025 laws. Despite this, the private host Shah demanded I send copies of my passport and drivers licence to a private email address which I refused to do as I have no idea what he would do with my data which he has no right to hold. I had also paid for the apartment up front via Booking.com. Shah refused to supply the access arrangements to collect the keys and cancelled my reservation late in the afternoon leaving me with nowhere to stay that night. I would not recommend staying here due to the illegal data harvesting Shah is undertaking

Excellent room with great amenities and a nice view. It was kept very clean. Everything worked perfectly. The customer service I received was very good and my host was lovely.
