Manageable kitchen

Ants everywhere,on the floor,toilet, room,even including on the bed. Imagine sleeping and ants walking on your body, can’t even put legs down in the toilet without ants climbing my legs, especially early in the morning.

Cheap,good size bedroom, dinning room,TV , internet etc

The room I stayed in was smelly , The ceiling has a big damp mark ,,, Was not able to open the curtains as the outside were broken bins ,,,

Nothing the picture is not what I walked into i walk into a rundown not safe for people to live in condition electric socket off wall plug and socket burnt on negative ceiling leaking by window and the the windows couldn't be left open on the secure clip to vent fur to being broken latch receivers door had been kicked in and repaired very poorly so much so we had to take are stuff with us put in boot of car when we went out so it was safe wheelie bin lid been burnt alcohol tins overflowing the recycling outside our window so had keep curtains shut going outside the patio doors for a cigarette you had to take your life in your hands stepping down a ways onto a half a uneven block rug on carpet had more grim than pavement i contact the owners couple times never got back to me all in all worst place I have stayed in if they corrected the issue I've raised then it would be OK place get your head down

Nothing about the accommodation but met some pleasant other travellers.

The room we had booked for two nights had two beds but it had been let to someone else. We were arriving very late so were forced to use the other room offered - very small with just a double bed which we were forced to share and with hardly any space to move. Very uncomfortable night. Also upstairs and very difficult for me as I have bed arthritis in my hip. Bathroom facilities are shared and not well maintained. Kitchen facilities are shared and again not well .maintained The next day after around lunchtime, after we had gone out to the hospital, we were offered the original room for the night. We asked them to move our things downstairs but they wouldn't and they again let the larger room out to someone else. Totally unhelpful. Dreadful landlords. We were told to apply for refund through booking.com. We checked out as soon as we got back to lea e the room free for the owners and found somewhere else more comfortable to stay. Booking.com applied for refund for us but the owners have not done so and have not even replied to booking com! We are still awaiting our refund!
