Perfect room 1

The room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. The floor under the bed was utterly filthy.

The place was clean. Bathroom was clean The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked all the Kitchen utensils were there. Peaceful location. Close to the bus stop. Very quiet occupants

The First interaction of not being able to get in the House ( it was my mistake didn’t look for code in the email) but calling the property for assistance was no use, it wouldn’t ring. The 2 door cams were also useless, kept ringing them but no assistance There was no central heating. only a small hand size heater was provided which did not do the job. The mattress was really out of shape. The Head side had old springs which would push and stay down while the lower half would be elevated The duvet was only one way covered so it did not hold the inner cushioning and was easily displaced and the inner cushioning coming out like that felt unhygienic Furthermore there were rubbish bins right outside the windows which really set off the mood There was only one switch board with 2 sockets, one was connected to an extension which worked the Heater. so you had to choose between watching the tv, charging phone or turning on the lamp or any other gadget that too between 2 people

Clean

The bed, it is faulty. It splits in half and makes your back ache. I did not like the fact that the room had no table for work

It was the worst experience in my long traveling life. The key was not in the place indicated, I could not enter the room, I had to find another hotel at 11pm at night. I expect a full refund.
