I couldn’t get access to the property, and the phone number wasn’t available,I stayed outside for long time, I tried to call you but I couldn’t get your customer service number, I need my money back ,it was fake property and fake phone number,

Nothing

Close to venue I was attending. Shops nearby. Bed comfortable. Other occupants friendly and helpful.

A sink in the room would have been appreciated. Wash basin in shower room small and poorly situated, immediately under cabinet protruding from wall. Traffic on wet road outside noisy.

Large kitchen so cooking is possible. Beds are comfortable. House clean except for the bathroom.

Don't book if you're afraid of scams. I precised my arrival time the day before and it was confirmed but I didn't get any instruction about the check-in. Once at the property, we can see the locker but didn't have the code, so I asked for it. Fortunately the locker was unlocked and we could enter the property, but we had a reply from the host 1h later (again, as they knew our arrival time, they should have sent us the code WAY before !) The house was cold as stone. Shower with WC in a very tiny space. The temperature was a nightmare to regulate, either freezing or burning.

Almost nothing! It was a terrible experience staying at this property.

Basic necessities were missing!! There was no toilet rolls and no heating was in working condition throughout the house. They provided a tiny heater for the room which was good for nothing! The curtains were so thin, air and light was coming in through the night and not to mention traffic noise. This property had 2 bathrooms shared across 6 rooms!! It was not mentioned anywhere that there are 6 individual bedrooms on the property to let and 2 bathrooms were shared among so many people. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and I won’t recommend it. The host held back on a lot of info in the description leaving people to imagine and all came out to be for the worst!

SCAM AVOID!! ...Arrived at property and was unable to enter was never provided with code for keys the phone number provided went straight to voicemail and eventually got a reply from email at 4 am with key code by then I had booked a hotel and after wasting time and money and stress
