USFrom our first contact with the staff to our last, we had a GREAT experience. They allowed us to check in early and it was a Godsend. We had been so hot and tired from walking around the Alamo and the room was ready, cool and relaxing.

The first 3 nights I didn't have a key card. The bathroom has no ventilation. The wifi was terrible.
