During our 4 days stay the room was never cleaned, they only changed the towels 1 day
Staff at arriving had our reservation wrong. They were claiming that I only booked one room when I had booked 2 rooms. and even though my confirmation papers said 2 rooms they were going by their system that said only one room and would not budge. finally, after much arguing, we convinced them that the price I had paid was for 2 rooms not 1.
People in room next door made a lot of noise screaming and yelling for two days in a row. had to call front desk. Amazon package supposedly dropped at the front desk disappeared. Had to be reordered.
USNice and clean and new
FRRooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Really close to Six Flags.
The only issue was that there was a problem with the machine that programs the room key cards, so throughout our stay we didn't have a key to enter our rooms and had to ask the person in the lobby to open our rooms every time we had to get in.
Very nice & quiet hotel.
