The location is very good for Ashton Gate Stadium

It was dirty round the edges Flaking paint Boiler broke down Lack of kitchen equipment

The Location is accessible to different services and has on-street parking. The kitchen is sizable and fit for purpose.

There are quite a few maintenance work not completed - peeled walls and was a bit humid. There is only one bathroom servicing the entire house that lodges up to 14 persons including children & grown up. No privacy lock in the bathroom and so anyone can mistakenly badge in while someone else is using the bathroom which is really embarassing and we had to wait long turns to bath which is time consuming. We had kids in the house with various needs and despite our best efforts, the noise alerts keeps going off being a massive distractions to the time away. We also found an underwear from previous occupants in the washing machine which didn't speak well of cleanliness.

That we had no hot water for half our stay the garden was over grown and hasn't been maintained there's damp issues in the property which paint on the walls are peeling off the cleaning isn't as good as it should be

Location was great, enough space for all of us, (8 people) easy check in and out. Really good kitchen facilities. Managed to park on the road just outside two days in a row.

We had hot water intermittently, and there was some obvious wear and tear in the property.

Would highly recommend staying at this property spotless and clean plenty of room beds we’re comfortable home from home
