The master bed upstairs, the head of the bed was on a decline, making my nights a little uncomfortable. As soon as you entered the apartment downstairs, there was an overwhelming damp, wet, and mouldy smells which remained for our entire duration.

The location.very close to the Mt, hot pool, and eatery.

I was surprised that they didn't have shampoo. I did ask the host, but he said they only have bodywash. If they stated in descriptions, I could have brought mine. In the photos it showed pool view, but we didn't have any view. The path from parking to the apartment wasn't easy. We parked the car, needed to take our luggage through a sensor door, took a lift to a different level, then went out another sensor door, through another carpark, finally to our apartment. Not very friendly if you bring lots of luggage.

Our family loved the spacious apartment. The boys enjoyed sleeping downstairs and the spa pool. The location was fantastic and perfect for swimming in the Mount Hot Pools, walks along the Beach, Pilot Bay and the Mountain. We wished we had stayed longer and will definately be back.

The location is very convenient, although no view or provacy as the windows are looking at another apartment building

The place was badly mantained, the carpet was very dusty with spots on it, the sofa and sofa pillows were dusty and need an immediate wash. The beds were dusty and not comfortable at all. The aircon filters needs cleaning too. The walls and doors need repainting to freshen up the place.

Honestly everything, was a very enjoyable stay! Was absolutely amazing

That we didn’t stay longer, but we will be next time!
