Great location, comfortable and clean

Great comminication a few days before leading up to our arrival. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Very tidy, clean and located right by the Mt. The kids loved the pool & the heated pool with lovely views & our neighbours were very welcoming.

Nothing to fault here. We had to use the vacuum but it kept turning on and off. We then realized that it was already full before we could use it, so we emptied the rubbish collected in the vacuum and the same issue happened.

Pool wasn’t working properly

There was no view from the apartment which i expected from the ad

The complex pool and heated pool were fantastic, the location outstanding and the beds sooo comfy.

Was only sea peeps from balcony but location more than made up for this.

Location was ideal . Great parking . We had athletes involved in Tin Man @ pilot bay

A kitchen hand whisk . Fridge door was a bit tricky - you had to make sure it was properly closed otherwise it beeps . A comfortable stay . Safe & secure

Location and good value for money.

There was a confusion on the no. of rooms as basically it only has 2 rooms not 3 as the 3rd one does not have a door but has a double deck good for kids and we’re 6 adults so we were a bit disappointed. It’s good for family with kids. Also the sink in the bathroom upstairs was clogged so we had to ring the manager onsite Mariah. this should have been fixed before we arrive. Other than that it was all good. Mariah was wonderful and attentive👍

Very central to hot pools, restaurants and the beach.

Spacious, great location, short walk from the Mount and the beach. Full apartment facilities, including pool and parking. Great check-in instructions.

Booked a three bedroom apartment but the third bedroom was not a bedroom, the bed was in a space in the hallway so one of our party had absolutely no privacy. Should not have been described as three bedrooms.
