Highly recommend this hotel - Ocean Eleven 4. Booked a split level apartment for my family of 5. Super spacious & the location was perfect. Everything was so close! Beach, hot pools & the Mount less than 5 minutes (walking distance) away & the town centre just down the road. Shelley who was looking after us was super friendly & made us feel welcomed. Free access to the gym & rooftop pool, Facilities clean & well maintained. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed our time!

Very neat and tidy. Modern apartment with great location.

We booked the apartment especially due to the fact that it had a spa pool. The spa pool was not working during our stay and we had to pay for an alternative. If we knew this in advance we would have booked elsewhere. Both the adults and the kids were disappointed because of this due to it being our main interest when booking a getaway during the winter.
