Clean, convenient location and amenities

The bunk bed location

Location was excellent, so close to everything. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Some annoying kids at the pool who didn't obey the pool rules but that was a minor annoyance at most.

Having to park on a different level and walk through a maze of doors to get to the apartment.

There is a humming noise (we think from the pool or aircon upstairs) which goes all night. It disturbed our sleep each night. The apartment is great. The noise is not an apartment problem, it is a building problem affecting the apartment. The spa/hot pool needs to be a couple of degrees warmer once Autumn months kick in.

Location was great

Sky TV wasn't working. Nowhere to put suitcase - no bedside cabinet or any furniture in bunkroom. No proper curtains in bedrooms, just blockout blinds. Noise coming from air conditioning units in carpark. Difficult to sleep in bunkroom. Drain in handbasin slow to drain. Unit wasn't overly clean. Furniture was average. Swimming pool not operational even though we were told it would be.

Location was good close to beach and cafe

The apartment says 3 bedrooms but the third bedroom was a bunk bed stuck onto a small space.

Perfect and convenient location, property managers are lovely and helpful, good size apartment for family of 5
