The house is beautiful, very well furnished and has spectacular views of the ocean and Robben Island. Watching sunsets from the balcony was fantastic! It’s very secure as well which brings one a peace of mind.

The apartment was very comfortable , everything was modernized and felt like being home. We received exceptional service and a warm welcome from William.

If there was one thing that could improve , it would be the shower heads, they kept wetting the floor but that is a very small detail.

They canceled my booking before I got there. They called to say the plumbing has issues and have not returned my money yet.

I didn't like that they made the property available and as soon as the booking was done they took the money.

Views were great. Great location, Comfortable, Amazing coffee maker, even have an inverter so didn't notice any power cuts.

One of the nights, there was amazingly no breeze coming in/ no wind outside and it was terrible hot. In all my years going to Cape town, I have never experienced that. As a result, we had no air con to put on, probably because it rarely happens, so a very hot restless night. 1 night only. So not really a good complaint to knock this wonderful accommodation. But if you have to have air con, then just know there isn't one yet? This could change of course.

William was a great host. This was our second stay and everything was superb. Thanks William!

Everything bout cape town is beautiful, even the accommodation we stayed in, waves edge and dolphin Ridge cp3. Very friendly hosts and very clean house, I would definetly go back and am considering even moving to Cape Town

Perfect location for our family vacay.. The views were stunning and the apartment was absolutely clean and comfortable. William and the rest of the staff was exceptional and accommodating... Nothing short of a home away from home... Looking forward to coming back soon... Sharon Timol

Clean, modern apartment, there is an electricity generator in case of load sheddings. A nice balcony with a beautiful Table Mountain view and BBQ. It’s closed apartment complex with security guards. Kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is nice, there are shops and restaurants. We were very satisfied with the apartment and enjoyed our time here.

It was a little bit cold inside, but we were in August - winter season, so just be aware of it. But there was a gas heater, so we were quite comfortable, but take warm pajamas with you. I think this advice is common for all apartments at this period of the year. There is a damage deposit, so be careful and if you see any damages, it’s better to make photos of it in order to avoid any misunderstandings in future. I would suggest to add a washing powder for a washing machine, it will be more convenient for guests, because you don’t want to buy a whole pack. It’s good that there were capsules for dishwasher.
