"Address the small issues and it’s a 9/10"

After we payed the damage deposit and at check out they promised to pay the deposit a few days after our check out and this did not happen. We only got the deposit a week and some days later

The facility had everything we needed, and close to the shops, which is convenient.

There was not enough hot water to shower on our first day, no TV when there's loadshedding.

"Exceptionally Excellent"

The Value for Money and location is what we liked the most. We arrived way late after projected arrival time but the lady was willing to wait for us to hand the keys and walk us around the property. The manager was checking daily if all is in order and if there is any help needed. Great Holiday Home/ Penthouse. I would go back anytime :)

Security Check in validation. Once the security get used to the car, they don't check properly
