Новые чистые апартаменты! Все понравилось, тепло, чисто, есть все для комфортного проживания! Сразу после бронирования связались с нами, объяснили как заселиться. До подъемников 5 мин. В корпусе магазин, и еще один в соседнем доме. Очень советуем, доя проживания!!

Everything! Aspecially good value for money! Not overpriced good people not putting price rocket high! Keep it that way and we always come back. Washing machine wasn't working and only one major problem which is nothing to do with owner but dogs in Gudauri start barking from 3am till 6am very very anoying! Big problem if you want peaceful rest and very sensitive for noice ear plugs perhaps but it's not very comfortable. Otherwise big thanks for beautiful flat we vloved it!!

Nice, bright apartment in a new building. It’s close to the main ski lift, though there are some buildings even closer. There is also a SPAR supermarket on the first floor, which is very convenient. The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for couples or families with one child. Highly recommended.

Nothing wrong, nice place.

The apartment is clean and comfortably warm especially after coming from Snow activities. The studio is spacious, the bed is comfortable with sofa bed. The balcony doesn’t have the full Mountain view but it is still lovely where You can see ice skating rink and other building apartments… there is extra heater if needed. The owner is very helpful and responsive to all my queries. Everything is waking distance from this apartment. Groceries, restaurants and ski resort. This place is highly recommended.
