Like everything was perfect the apartment was clean ,the air conditioning working perfectly, everything available in the kitchen . The apartment is a working distant to everything, you have the bus stop just right at the front . Our host was always available when we needed anything would definitely revisit

・部屋を探すのに１時間以上費やしたと思います。隣の建物(ホテル)フロントの方に聞いてもわからず、あちこち歩き回って探しましたが、わかってみると、最初に行き着いた建物でした。何かわかりやすいサインを建物に掲示したほうがいいです。廊下・階段の照明もすぐ消えたりして見づらかったこともあります。何階のこの部屋、に明確に行き着くようなガイドの工夫を求めます。スーツケースを運んで階段を上がるのもとても体力を使いました。 ・鍵の開け閉めが難しく、やっと辿り着いても部屋を開けるのに時間がかかりました。スタッフと直接会えるわけではないので、宿泊客が自分で部屋に入ることができる工夫が必要と思いました。電話での問い合わせに気長に付き合ってくださったスタッフさんに感謝いたします。ありがとうございました！！
