Absolutely nothing

Everything,i feel booking.com shouldn’t even have it in their app,you get there it’s dirty room,sheets filthy,bathroom 😭,it’s not safe you wait outside for long before they let you in,no bins ,stairs are dangerous,the pool gosh I have no words
