"IT WAS TERRIBLE. Opposite of what’s shown on the pictures. Total dissatisfaction and disappointment."

Everything was bad. The bed had springs and the bed was standing on rockS. The room had no towels, bathroom had no necessities. Overall the worst. It’s the opposite of the pictures used for advertising.

Location and security

Reception, the rooms were at a very bad state bathroom doors not closing or opening properly,no soap. Staff not hospitable at all. The pictures on the booking app were misleading and please it makes me not to trust the app itself because you need some sort of standard apartment that is listed under Booking.com not just any property that has no standard at all.

The location and crowd hanging around. They refused to refund us. We could not stay and had to look for alternatives
