The lift is too slow, the property need to be renovated, the fact that the place is old is okay, but the rust around the house (lights and windows) is making the place horrible. The toilet in the main bedroom floods water and it’s no lt been attended to. The cleaning staff is the worst. To think and extra charge was allocated to cleaning, only for us to be giving fresh towels on request and to find dishes not packed in the cupboards is distasteful. Stove pans are not even washed at all, we couldn’t use the oven on the last night.
