Location good, steps kept us fit

Excellent view!!!! Comfortable beds. Dishwasher and washing machine made it easy.

Internet rooter and DSTV decoder are in no 26 next door. People who stayed there unplugged it and set up playstations etc. So we were without TV and wi-fi the last 2 days. And the wi-fi is only available upstairs and not throughout the whole apartment. Also the braai area is shared between no 25 and 26, but there's only one gas braai. So the braai area is available for whoever is there first.

Sea view, location and kitchen was fully equipped.

The host Cheryl has no good customer care. The furniture is just too old. The collection of keys was like a treasure hunt, too complicated for nothing. They didn’t have simple things like coffee,tea, sugar for their guests. No air fresheners. The urinal in the main bedroom reeks of urine. No body wash, shampoo. The mirrors are old, the windows seals look like they’re gonna fall apart. That old bed stand almost injured my daughter. The stairs to the pool were so rusty I was even scared to get up there.

The ample space and stunning views

I found the security guard at night slightly incompetent. When I came back on sat night my reserved undercover parking was taken. The guard sat quietly out of sight,despite hearing my footsteps looking for him. Another vehicle blocked the other available parking. If he sat in a suitable position he would have observed where people were parking and prevented all the inconvenience.

The views are great. The staffs were very helpful. However, your internet is very bad. It only works upstairs and doesn’t extend to the bedrooms. Secondly, you can do better and get a better television. We are no longer in 2010 every hotels uses smart TV and you put a 32inch tv with dstv in an holiday apartment.
