The bath room was too small which made it difficult to move around

Location was good. View was awesome.

Getting the Key was a treasure hunt, took us plus an hour until some Indian chap helped us. The apartments needs a complete overhaul, maybe get rid of the old touch of furniture and old curtains, and old tiles, and old natural aluminium. A new modern appeal would do the place justice. The wood strips are falling apart and tripped my daughter immediately after arriving. The handrails are loose. I told everyone not to touch them because enough weight on them one would make one fall into a bad state. The lift is dead slow, and parking is unclearly demarcated. The are too many rules with a lot of sticky notes "Do not ..." It really becomes scary to enjoy. We even bought our own glasses and kept clothes in our luggages. I think try opening up the rules a bit for some comfort and leisure. Too many fines if you touch this or touch that. We were scared for a minute. Otherwise the place is awesome and just need a good overhaul and aesthetic features. Nice place with a nice view. Just attend to the above and you will be the best in Lagoon Drive. The view Apartment Space Location

I absolutely loved the view it’s breathtaking. Waking up to a 180-degree ocean panorama is just fantastic, and you never feel the need to rush to the beach because it’s right there in front of you. That alone is a huge plus. The bed, pillows, and overall comfort of the space were also excellent, making the whole stay feel extra relaxing.

Unfortunately, there are quite a few maintenance issues. Regular upkeep doesn’t seem to be done while taking a bath the water slowly drains out, so you can’t enjoy a long soak or bathe young children properly. The oven isn’t working, and when you open some of the windows, especially the main bedroom window, chunks of concrete fall out, railings is loose which is very unpleasant. The bed skirtings are also loose, and I tripped over them several times. We’ve visited a few times before, but now that we have kids we’ve realized it’s definitely not suitable for children under four. For couples or families with older kids, it can still be a lovely, relaxing getaway, but it really needs much better maintenance and deep cleaning.

The fridge did not close properly so must use a lot of energy and food stuffs not cold enough. The stairs to the pool deck are scary and dangerous

The property was closer to the beach and the beach was easily accessible making it very easy.

At some point the plugs in the apartment were not working.
