The location

The showering part like every time I get to take a shower water goes out or overflow in the bathroom because there is not enough space

The room is rather nice even though it was not anywhere close to the picture.

There were issues with building access, as well as finger Identification for parking. The whole process of sending them ID proof and registering with them was a complete waste of time as was the QR code which was sent to me for access. Reception wasn't interested in it and I had to repeat the entire tedious process at reception. Not very welcoming after a 5 hour drive to get there. And to boot, the place had no soup whatsoever for 3 days after I repeatedly called the agents about the problem, I had to shower and wash my hands with dishwashing liquid. The building is also large, so allot of noise from surrounding rooms and floors, and the staff literally scream at each other in the hallways. I had an immediate headache after driving in a spiral for several floors to get to the allocated parking bay. I WILL NEVER stay there again!!!
