"We enjoyed Cape Town itself but a long walk to the V&A waterfront and the road traffic was hideous as the pedestrian"

The bar on 27th floor

No Nespresso machine The shower door would not close so a very wet floor Was like getting into Fort Knox as security was over the top.

"16 BREE ST - DISAPPOINTED"

Absolutely nothing

Very cramped. Shower - terrible. The shower cubicle is too small. Leaks into toilet. Shower pressure is low, and hot water gets cold after little while No mirrors in the room Safe in the room can not be used as we have to use your number. We can not change to our code. TV is located in such a way that one can not see properly from the bed Not enough draw space and hangars We stayed there for 6 nights, using the same towels and bedding. No laundry service. Yet I paid for it. Ridiculous. I will never stay there again.. Too much noise from the bottom.

"This apartment is a cam"

I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent stay. The apartment I received looked nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. What was shown online was misleading, and the actual condition of the apartment did not meet expectations at all. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. There was little to no support when I raised my concerns, which made the experience even more frustrating. This felt very unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here to avoid a similar experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their listings and customer service.
