Sicherheit, Sauberkeit sowie Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Personal waren tadellos. Das fast 360° Panorama auf dem Poollevel (27. Stock) bescherte mir atemberaubende Momente und Erinnerungen.

I liked everything about the place, the view was nice

location was suitable for V&A and other errands

Staff was nice and friendly and informative

Iron in the room was cracked There is no mop in the room

Hosts were accessible and responded quickly to any issues. Security of the building.

Time to check in. Couldn't have guests over without checking them in through a lengthy process, which was very inconvenient. Security Deposit was deducted from my credit card and it took many days after check out to credit back. As a result of the charge and then credit back, I lost money on the f/x conversion both sides. Normally the security deposit is just 'held' with the credit card without actually putting the charge through.

المكان ممتاز جميل ويكفي شخصين مو اكثر فيه مكيف وغلاية وادوات للطبخ وفرن وغسالة والحمام فيه شامبو وصابون ومناشف السرير كبير يكفي شخصين وفيه كنبه جانبيه تنفتح وتصير سرير بعد. الامان عالي جداً ومحد يدخل يدخل من دون بصمة الوجه وفيه سكيروتي 24ساعه شغالين المضيف كان كويس وشرح لنا كلشي بالشقه والاماكن القريبه.

ريحة المطعم الي جنب الشقه كانت سيئة والريحة توصل لداخل في الليل صوت ازعاج واغاني صاخبة وصريخ مسموع كنت افضل المرايا تكون على المكتب لانه صرنا نتعلق فوق الكنبة او ندخل الحمام عشان نشوف نفسنا بالمرايا البطانية الي كانت اكسترا ف الدولاب كانت وصخه.
