"Not value for money"

The location was good. Place was clean but small.

When we booked we saw the property at R3500 for the night. When we paid it was up to R4400, so we have to look at the place compared to other places that cost R4400. So no Coffee Machine, just a kettle and cheap instant coffee. There was a small milk in the fridge, but in the R4400 category you are given at least 2 x 500ml waters for free. In the bathroom they have hooks so two towels on a hook makes it difficult to dry out.

Ontwerp van het gebouw

Meer van 45 minuten moeten wachten met inchecken, vervolgens geen lakens op de bedden kwamen pas een dag later. De bedden zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Zouden volgens de host een compensatie krijgen. Een belofte maar geen ontvangen. Niet boeken!!!

"Freundlich zentral und sicher ! Top Appartement !"

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Parkplatz im dazugehörigen Parkhaus in den unteren Stockwerken, Appartement sehr schön, toller Ausblick . Top Lage zur Waterfront, wir fühlten uns dort wohl und sicher. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

"Horrendous service from Propr."

The location, amenities and staff in the building were all very nice. Pool and gym on the 27th floor was also very nice.

Propr. The company that rented out the apartment are unprofessional and don’t really care for amending shortcomings. We was not able to check-in on predetermined time due to previous guests hadn’t checked out, which is out of Propr.’s control. However I asked to be compensated several times and was met with silence. Extremely unprofessional and zero service minded personell. Stay away from these jokesters, go with alternative companies that rent out the same type of apartments in the building.

Gute zentrale Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattete Apartments. Security personal aufmerksam und freundlich.

Eine große Baustelle gegenüber. Cleaning einmal frei sonst muss es extra bezahlt werden.

The building is very safe and secure. The location is perfect!

The lifts get very busy in the building. Very uncomfortable mattress in need of an upgrade. No washing rack to dry clothes.
