Very dirty duvet,old and dilapodated couch and its cushions,old carpet that was full of lint,poor service,late response,lusted iron box… I can go on and on. In short,there was no value for money!!

Excellent location near to all main cbd sights, short drive to the V+A waterfront and nearby beach / coastal areas, great security for access to the building and its car park, and the apartment is quite roomy for a one bedroom apartment and is well appointed with great storage. The advertising does not do justice to the great view - we were in 1715 and we could see the ocean, V+A waterfront wheel, Signal Hill, Lion’s Head, and the city including the coloured houses at Bokaap. The view was sensational!

The ducted heating and cooling vents in the bedroom area only, and not in the living area. This made the apartment uncomfortably cold in the evenings (we were there in mid August) and we believe it would be unbearably hot in the summer in the afternoons. Also, while the advertised information says there is a TV with streaming services, there are in fact no TV channels as there is no TV connection (cable or antenna). For those like us who like to watch the daily local and global news, this makes a longer stay (in our case 9 nights) less comfortable than it should have been. Finally, with traveller security always an issue, it’s worth noting that there is no safe / security box in the apartment.

The warmth from the reception crew..the room looked beautiful..the view was nice and that the location is closer to activities

Can’t say..

They don't serve breakfast, which i like actually. I liked the cleanliness of the place, it was cozy and they had switched on the heater for me, which i totally appreciated coz when i arrived, it was cold.

I would have appreciated a blankie to cuddle with on the couch. I also didn't like the fact that there was no chair by the Table, which helps when i need to study or write a report.

Better time co-ordination on arrival & a more clear check-in process (sequence / parking fingerprinting etc)

The rooftop pool has some amazing views and the security is very good. The location is very convenient, and it is very clean.

The door lock could be replaced, and the WiFi was disappointing even after the technician came to try and fix it, which also didn't help. The shower door leaks.
