Villa Otilia: 3Bed with Pool

The location & the space was great. Cleaned everyday. Cleaners were good.

That we were not informed that Gojek drivers couldn’t pick us up from the villa we had to walk down the road. Property could use some repairs.

I would not book this property or use Booking.com again.. both are very unprofessional. Property failed to provide me the keys upon arrival and I was waiting outside in the street with my family and luggage waiting to get inside the property. Property offered me refund for the first night but never actually gave the refund and Booking.com was also useless in enforcing this despite me providing evidence and msgs to prove this. Air-conditioning in one of the room was leaking water on the bed and floor and water was going into the power sockets on the wall. I could not use the room in very hot weather as there was no AC and the water leak was unsafe as my family could have been electrocuted or slipped on the water on the floor or had to sleep on the wet bed. Neither the property nor Booking.com took this seriously even though I raised a complaint. Very poor experience and very unprofessional. Do not use this property. Do not use Booking.com

I love the property, they provide daily utilities and amenities and the management / staffs are very communicative and fulfiling our needs everyday. They clean everyday.

One of the room's AC is not cold but they sent technician immediately. And, the pool is not cleaned, but thats okay because we are not using it anyway. And the bathroom drain a bit smell but i know thats not from the house but the main drain. Thats still tolerable

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood in Seminyak, and close to everywhere. Each room has cool air conditioning, and the soap smells wonderful. We all loved it!

Villetta di sé e carina però se guardi dettagli ha bisogno una bella ristrutturazione perché un può trascurata Biancheria dal letto era un può macchiata anche se era profumata di pulito e anche asciugamani da cambiare sono tutti macchiati
