There was punch holes in the walls. Dirty stains on walls. Yellow and red stains and long strands of hair on the mattress. Skirting board missing, bath panel off hairs over the sofa. Sticky hooks on the bedroom wall to hold up an LED light that was damaged by a previous guest. Had to pay £100 deposit for for damages considering the state of the property when we arrived was a bit of a cheek.

One of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in. Gorgeously decorated and has everything you’d need. Next to a big Asda and a 5 minute walk in to the centre

Upon arrival it was freezing cold and all radiators and boiler was turned off. Greeted with a vape pen on the window sill (apparently the cleaner) she was blamed for turning off the boiler too.. sounds like she’s fun at party’s No internet so smart tv wasn’t possible to use Now the walls were disgustingly dirty. Grease splashed all over the kitchen walls, shocking finish to the bathroom with mastic all over the place and mould in bath mastic. The waste plug on the bath is faulty, Missing skirting board and chunks out of the walls. Going up the stairs. I was being polite and asked for a partial refund to the host but was denied. It was so dirty and grim I didn’t even want to stay there. I stayed one night only due to not arriving till 8:30pm and exhausted from 12 hours driving but left the following morning never to return again. It cost me £400 to stay in a hotel for the remaining time of my stay but it was worth it to not have to return to hell. Do not be fooled by the pictures it’s so far from the truth. I’m disgusted to be ignored and refused a refund for this scummy place. Looked so dirty I didn’t even hesitate to get out of there, couldn’t even imagine cooking there. Imagine leaving your clean home to come to a place advertised as a clean fresh property and then you arrive to grease, filthy stained walls and faulty internet and facilities. Avoid avoid avoid.. save your sanity and book soulful stays Darlington now that right there is luxury. This place is a hole that will take your money and screw you over.
