Villa Susca - villa sul mare

The villa is close to the Paradise beach which is the most beatiful one in Monopoli (my opinion). A supermarket is also near. The apartment offers everything you need for your stay - well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, an air-condition... The villa is situated in a quiet location about 2km far from the town centre. It is surrounded by a large private garden. If you like privacy you can not choose any better. Mrs. Angelica (the owner) is very kind and helpful. She quickly reacted to every our need. I can honestly recommend the accomodation.

Wonderful villa on the beach, near to supermarket and restaurants. A lot of beaches and beach bars on just couple of minutes walking. In the villa is everything you could need for a nice and comfortable stay. The city center and the old Monopoli are also very near.

Villa Susca is a great place near the sea, peaceful and relaxed and at the same time you are in 10 min waking in the nice village Monopoli. We really enjoyed the relaxing garden and views and at the same time being able to go to town for lunch or diner. Also supermarkets are closed and great area for biking and walks. We are also very grateful for the amazing and very kind host who helped us with everything we needed. 🙏

Angelica is most kind! She welcomed us and is helpful and friendly. The appartment is fully equipped. Everything you need to cook a meal with the great Italian products. The bed is nice, there is tv which you can connect to your phone and there are towels for the beach. The apartment is very clean. The beach (which is beautiful) is very close. It only takes a 5 min walk. The center of Monopoli is a 15 min walk. We enjoyed it very much, it gives you appetite and after dinner you can digest while walking. To us, the location is perfect also because it is quite.

Everything was perfect. I would recommend to have some relaxing chairs in the garden so you can lay down in the sun.
